All rates are subject to taxes of 10.78%. There is a $175 cleaning fee required. We require a $1000 damage deposit which is fully refundable. We require a one night deposit to hold the property which will be applied to your rental. Upon receipt of the deposit a contract will be mailed to you and must be signed and returned along with a $1000 refundable damage deposit. Full payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival date. Damage deposit is fully refundable if no damage is found. Full deposit will be refunded if cancellation occurs more than 90 days prior to scheduled arrival date.
